Here's how to master the game and avoid elimination.

Painting Your Avatar

The first step is to coat yourself with color so you can blend in. Navigate to the color pools scattered around the map and walk through them to paint your dummy. Each pool applies a different color — you'll need to visit multiple pools to match different parts of the environment.

Pay attention to the walls, floors, and objects around you. The better you match the colors of your hiding spot, the harder you'll be to spot. Don't just grab one color and hide; take time to experiment with combinations that work for your chosen location.

💡 Tip — Visit color pools early in the round. Waiting too long means the seekers will be searching soon, and you'll be caught mid-paint.

Blending Into the Map

Once you're painted, position yourself against walls, floors, or objects that match your colors. Seekers scan the map for movement and contrast — the more you blend visually with your surroundings, the safer you are.

Stay still when seekers are nearby. Movement gives you away instantly. Pick a hiding spot that naturally breaks up your silhouette — corners, alcoves, and behind objects work better than open spaces.

💡 Tip — Don't hide in obvious spots like under tables or inside boxes. Seekers check those first. Instead, find areas where your painted color naturally matches the environment.

Survival Tactics

Camouflage alone won't save you — you need strategy. Choose hiding spots that are hard to access or easy to defend. If a seeker is closing in, be ready to move to a new location before they flush you out.

Listen for sounds and watch for shadows. You'll hear seekers coming before they see you. Use that time to adjust your position or shift to a better spot if your current hiding place feels exposed.

Don't cluster with other hiders. If multiple players hide in one area, seekers will thoroughly search it. Spread out and increase everyone's survival chances.
