Land or Die! is a multiplayer plane survival game that starts with your pilot knocked out and the crew in panic mode. You need to handle fires, fix broken systems, manage scared passengers, and land the plane safely. It's chaotic, but with the right strategy, you'll keep everyone alive.
Learn Your Camera Controls
Press V to switch between different camera views. This is your most important tool early on. Different views let you spot problems around the plane, check on passengers, and see the cockpit clearly. Get comfortable cycling through them quickly—you'll need speed when emergencies hit.
Calm Passengers Before Panic Spreads
Panicked passengers make everything harder. Talk to them and keep them calm before fear spreads through the cabin. A calm crew is way easier to manage than one in full meltdown. This should be one of your first priorities when the flight starts getting rough.
Prioritize System Repairs
Not all broken systems are equally urgent. Focus on repairs that keep the plane flying first—things that affect stability and engine function matter more than minor issues. Ask your crew who's best at repairs and assign them to the critical jobs while others handle secondary problems.
Manage Fire and Turbulence
Engine fires and severe turbulence are game threats. If fire breaks out, extinguish it immediately—it's a top-tier emergency. Turbulence will shake your plane and make repairs harder, so brace yourself and communicate with your crew when it hits. Stay calm and keep your focus.
Use the Supply Shop Early
Buy tools from the Supply Shop before things get too bad. Having the right equipment on hand makes repairs faster and easier. Don't wait until you're in full crisis mode—stock up while you still have a moment to think.
Communicate With Your Crew
This game requires teamwork. Tell your crew what needs fixing, who should handle what, and when to brace for turbulence. Good communication prevents duplication of effort and makes sure the most important jobs get done first. Assign roles and stick to them.
Watch for Warning Signs
The plane will give you warnings before systems completely fail. Listen for alerts and watch your gauges. Early warnings give you time to gather supplies, assign crew members, and prepare for the incoming problem. Ignoring warning signs means you'll be caught flat-footed when things go wrong.
Practice Your Landing
The final goal is a safe emergency landing. In your first few runs, focus less on speed and more on understanding what makes a good approach. Watch your altitude, watch your speed, and aim for a smooth touchdown. Once you understand the basics, speed and efficiency will follow.
