Trivia

When the player stands within their dialogue range for some time, or skips the dialogue repeatedly, their only dialogue will be spoken again indefinitely until the player walks away.
They are one of the only NPCs to have only one possible dialogue.
Both Perdido and ??? are nearly identical, with different degrees of translucence and possible dialogues.

It's speculated that these people used to be Fischers like the player, as they are next to the tents.
