There are several steps to enter Above The Clouds. before doing these steps, make sure you have unlocked the Underground Music Venue in Crystal Cove. The place can be unlocked by placing a Chaotic Enchant Relic in a alter located at the centre of Crystal Cove which can be accessed by a tunnel in The Depths at
X: 1302,
Y: -701,
Z: 1604.
Step 1:
Talk to a NPC called Mysterious Songstress, click the “Can you teach me how to sing” option. Then she will give the player a quest to catch any musical fish (Treble Bass or DJ Spinopus).
Step 2:
Finish the quest and talk to the Mysterious Songstress again. She will give the player second quest and a Hang Glider (You do not need to do the second quest). Go to the peak of Castaway Cliffs and then a “ring” will spawn.
Step 3:
Use the Hang Glider and cross the rings. You don’t need to go through every rings but they give the player a speed boost and make it more easier to reach the next ring. Follow the arrow after touching the orange ring and you will eventually get there. This step may be hard for mobile players or tablet players so a PC or console is recommended.
Notes
The Long enchantment is required for rods with shorter lines to fish here as the fishing area is far below the cloud. At least 150m line length is required to fish here.
The ‘Water’ (or the fishing area) here cannot stop the hook when casting the rod, which means rods with very long lines like the Long Rod and Dave Rod cannot fish here unless instant catch can be triggered as their line length is too long and will drop out from the fishing area.
Trivia
This is the only location where the fishing area is invisible and cannot be touched.
Although the water surface is transparent, with a special angle, the player can still see the under water surface like what can be seen when swimming.
