Arsenal is a competitive shooter made by ROLVe where you face off against other players using dozens of wild weapons — from bazookas to spell books. Every kill cycles you to the next weapon, keeping matches unpredictable and fast. It's arcade-style chaos with no reloading, just pure combat.
What You're Doing
In Arsenal, you're in a race to reach the top of the leaderboard. Each match, you eliminate other players to level up through the weapon list. The first player to reach the final weapon (usually Gun Game format) wins. Your score climbs with each kill, and you earn currency to customize your look and arsenal.
Your First Match
When you join, you'll spawn into the map with a starting weapon already in your hands. Here's what happens:
- Move around the map. Use WASD to walk, Space to jump, and the mouse to look around.
- Fire your weapon. Click to shoot. You don't need to reload — just aim and fire.
- Hunt for players. Look for other players on the map and eliminate them.
- Get a kill. When you eliminate someone, you automatically swap to the next weapon in the arsenal.
- Repeat until you reach the final weapon. Keep climbing through the weapons. When you get a kill with the last weapon, you win the match.
Core Mechanics
Weapon Cycling. You start with one weapon. Each kill swaps you to the next weapon in the game's list. This means every player faces the same progression, but in a different order based on when they started.
No Reload. Arsenal is fast-paced because you never reload. Weapons have unlimited ammo. Just aim, click, and fire.
Instant Respawn. When you're eliminated, you respawn quickly and start back at your current weapon level. You stay on your progress through the arsenal.
Leaderboard. Your position in the match is shown at the top of the screen. The player closest to completing the weapon arsenal is in the lead.
Earning BattleBucks
You earn BattleBucks during matches by getting eliminations and completing matches. You also earn XP for each kill and match completed. BattleBucks let you buy cosmetics like characters, melee weapons, kill effects, and weapon skins.
Joining the official ROLVe group gives you a chat tag in-game and boosts your BattleBucks and XP earnings by 25%, so it's worth doing if you play regularly.
Customizing Your Arsenal
Use your BattleBucks to unlock new looks for your character. You can change your character model, add a custom melee weapon (for when you get close), apply kill effects when you eliminate someone, and add skins to your weapons for visual flair. These cosmetics don't affect gameplay — they're pure style.
Common Beginner Mistakes
Standing still. Arsenal rewards movement. Don't camp in one spot — move around to avoid predictable fire and hunt for stationary targets.
Ignoring weapon differences. Each weapon has a different range, fire rate, and accuracy. A sniper rifle is useless up close, and a shotgun won't work from far away. Learn to adapt.
Forgetting to aim. Click shots take time to line up. Practice tracking your aim to land more hits, especially with precision weapons.
Panicking in gunfights. New players often spray wildly. Take a breath, line up shots, and stay calm. Most duels go to the steadier aim.
