Abyssal Zenith is the third and deepest layer of Mariana's Veil in Fisch. It's where you craft top-tier diving gear and fish for rare, otherworldly species. To go deeper into the ocean and access Abyssal Zenith, you'll need to complete a quest that requires gathering specific fish and items.

How to Reach Abyssal Zenith

Abyssal Zenith is part of the Mariana's Veil progression. Before you arrive, you must complete the quest in Challenger's Deep, the layer above it. That quest gives you the Glimmerfin Suit Tier 2, which is one of four items needed to advance to Abyssal Zenith.

Once you have the Glimmerfin Suit Tier 2 and access to Challenger's Deep, you can swim down to Abyssal Zenith using your submarine. The zone acts as a continuation of your underwater journey.

The Abyssal Zenith Quest

To progress beyond Abyssal Zenith and unlock new upgrades, you must collect four items and bring them back to the main area.

Items You Need:

  1. Abyssal Bearded Seadevil (Uncommon) — Fish in the Abyssal Zenith pool. This is an Uncommon fish, so it's easier to catch than higher rarities.
  2. Voidglow Ghostfish (Legendary) — Also found in the Abyssal Zenith pool. Use a high-luck rod to improve your odds.
  3. Angler's Lantern (Exotic) — Obtain this by feeding an Orca or Kraken (both Exotic fish) to one of the three Angler Lamps in the zone. Hold the designated button to collect it. Have at least three of the same Exotic fish ready if you want to feed all three Anglers.
  4. Glimmerfin Suit Tier 2 — You'll already have this from completing the Challenger's Deep quest.

Once you've gathered all four items, bring them to the main area and place them in any order to complete the quest.

💡 Tip — The Angler's Lantern requires fast reflexes. When you approach an Angler Lamp while holding an Exotic fish, you must quickly hold the button to grab it before the fish is no longer in range.

Quest Rewards

Completing the Abyssal Zenith quest grants two powerful rewards:

  1. Glimmerfin Suit Tier 3 (Exotic) — This suit combines the resistance of both Tier 1 and Tier 2, protecting you from both the hot temperatures of Volcanic Vents and the cold temperatures of Challenger's Deep.
  2. Deep Upgrade for your Submarine — This upgrade allows you to venture even deeper into the ocean, unlocking access to new zones.

Tips for Abyssal Zenith

💡 Tip — The minigame to reach Abyssal Zenith in the submarine is not recommended for mobile players. The submarine moves slowly, and it takes much longer to progress through sections on mobile devices.

Use the correct bait types for each fish to improve catch rates. Match the weather and season listed in the table above to make fishing easier. For the Voidglow Ghostfish, equip your highest-luck rod to increase the chance of landing this Legendary catch.

💡 Tip — Stock up on three of the same Exotic fish (Orca or Kraken) before visiting Abyssal Zenith if you want to collect Angler's Lanterns from all three Angler Lamps.

The Inn Keeper in Abyssal Zenith is available if you need to rest or manage your inventory between fishing sessions.
