The Alien Hat is a special fish in Fisch that only appears when the Aliens admin event is active. It looks like a green alien head with big bulging eyes and two antennas, and when you catch one, it sits on your character's head as an item. Despite being classified as special, it's actually one of the easiest special fish to catch.

What Is the Alien Hat?

The Alien Hat is modeled after the "Silly Alien" hat from the official Roblox catalog. When you catch it, a special exclamation mark appears above your head and a shimmering sound plays, which is typical for all special rarity fish in Fisch. The fish has a fixed weight of 0.1 kg, so every Alien Hat you catch will weigh exactly the same.

How to Catch It

You can only catch the Alien Hat when an Aliens admin event is happening in the game. When the event is active, you can fish for it anywhere in the world — location doesn't matter. No specific bait, time of day, weather, or season is required; just cast your line and wait for bites.

Catching process:

  1. Hold down to cast your bobber.
  2. Wait for a bite. You can shake your rod to attract fish faster.
  3. When you get a bite, hold down or click to pull the white bar. Follow the blue line as best you can — small mistakes are fine.
  4. When the progress bar at the bottom fills up, you'll reel in your catch.
💡 Tip — The Alien Hat moves slowly across the reeling bar, making it forgiving compared to other special fish. Even if you're new to catching special rarity fish, this is a great one to start with.

Stats & Rewards

Catching an Alien Hat grants you 5,000 base XP. When you reel one in, you get a +100% Progress Speed boost, which doubles your progress bar gain for that catch. The resale value at the cash shop is 10,000 currency.

💡 Tip — The Alien Hat can have two mutations: Alien and Heavenly. Keep an eye out if you're hunting for rare variations.

Tips for Success

Fish during the event: The Alien Hat only exists when the Aliens admin event is active. Check in-game announcements or the community to know when it's running.

Use the slow speed to your advantage: Because the Alien Hat's bar movement is sluggish, you have plenty of time to react and adjust your pull. Don't panic if the blue line moves — you have room to correct.

Shake your rod to speed up bites: If you're waiting for a fish to bite, shaking your rod will attract bites faster, so you don't have to stand around idle.
