What You Need
To fish for the Admin Crate, you'll need Unusual Magnet bait. This is the only bait that attracts the Admin Crate. Make sure you have enough stocked before the event starts.
You'll catch it in the Admin Events location. The Admin Crate is available during the Crate Admin Event and the Tidefall Resurgence Admin Event. It can be caught at any time of day, in any weather, and in any season — as long as an event is active.
How to Catch It
- Equip your fishing rod and navigate to the Admin Events location.
- Load Unusual Magnet bait into your line.
- Cast by holding down and releasing.
- Wait for a bite. You can shake your rod to attract fish faster if you want.
- When you get a bite, a special indicator will appear above your head and you'll hear a unique shimmering sound — that's your cue.
- Hold down or click to pull the white bar along the blue line. The Admin Crate moves smoothly, so this is a straightforward catch.
- When the progress bar fills, you'll reel it in.
