Anime Expeditions puts you in command of powerful units from across anime worlds. You'll summon heroes, level them up, and guide them through dangerous expeditions full of enemies and bosses. Starting strong sets you up to progress faster.
Summon Units Early and Often
Your team is everything. Summon units from the gacha system as soon as possible so you have multiple characters to work with. Don't wait—building a roster of different units gives you more options for different expedition challenges.
Level Up Your Core Team
Once you have a few units, focus on leveling the same ones repeatedly. A small team at high levels will perform better than spreading your resources across many weak units. Pick 3–5 units you like and pour experience into them.
Evolve Units to Unlock New Abilities
Leveling isn't the only way to get stronger. Evolution unlocks devastating new abilities and gives huge stat boosts. Once a unit reaches max level, prioritize evolving them—you'll notice an immediate jump in power.
Build a Balanced Team Composition
Don't just pick your favorite units—mix different roles. Include attackers for damage, tanks to absorb hits, and support units that heal or buff your team. Different expeditions have different enemy types, so flexibility helps you handle more challenges.
Team Up for Boss Waves
Bosses are tough solo. Invite friends to tackle waves of enemies and towering bosses together. You can coordinate which units each player brings and combine your teams for way more power than going alone.
Try Different Expeditions
The game has multiple expeditions and game modes, each with unique challenges. Don't get stuck on one—explore different expeditions to find ones that match your team's current strength and keep progression flowing.
Don't Waste Resources Early
Experience items and leveling materials are limited early on. Avoid spending them on units you don't plan to use long-term. Focus on your core team so your resources actually move you forward instead of spreading thin.
Recognize Enemy Patterns
Each expedition has different enemy types with different attack patterns. Spend a few runs learning what enemies do and how your units' abilities counter them. This knowledge lets you win tough fights without luck.
