In Fisch, an Enchant Relic is a rare item used to apply random enchantments to fishing rods, enhancing their capabilities and providing various benefits.
Obtaining Enchant Relics
Fishing: Enchant Relics can be caught anywhere on the map with a base chance of 1 in 500 per catch. This probability increases when fishing in The Depths.
Purchasing: Players at or above Level 30 can buy Enchant Relics from Merlin on Sunstone Island for 11,000 C$. Merlin’s location coordinates are X: -945, Y: 220, Z: -990.
Using Enchant Relics
To enchant a fishing rod:
Access the Keeper’s Altar: Travel to the Statue of Sovereignty and enter the Sovereignty Mines. Speak with Cole and pay 400 C$ to use the mining elevator, which leads to the Keeper’s Altar.
Enchanting Process: Ensure it’s nighttime, as the altar is only active then. Equip the rod you wish to enchant, hold an Enchant Relic, and interact with the altar. The relic will be consumed, and a random enchantment will be applied to your rod.
Additional Uses
Unlocking the Trident Rod: Place five Enchant Relics on pedestals at a specific altar to access the Trident’s Temple, where the Trident Rod can be purchased.
Accessing the Rod of the Depths: A maze-puzzle door requires two specific relics—Abyssal and Hexed Enchant Relics—to open.
Mutations
Enchant Relics can possess mutations like other fish; however, these mutations do not affect the enchanting process.
Trivia
During FischFright 2024, players could obtain three Enchant Relics by bringing four witch’s ingredients to Beatrix.
Enchant Relics have a unique rarity tier called “Relic.”
